On 19th September 2020, the People’s Court of Xuyong County in Sichuan Province publicly sentenced the perpetrator of the fatal car accident involving Tan Song Yun’s mom, Ma Minghong, to 6 years in prison. It was revealed during one of the trials that Ma Minghong was Tan Songyun’s classmate from elementary school.
